About JVIDÊÓƵ Abu Dhabi - Umm al Naar
Established in 1994, JVIDÊÓƵ Abu Dhabi - Umm al Naar offers multi-disciplined materials testing services (Metallurgy, Corrosion, Coatings, Chemistry, Calibration, Environmental Monitoring) to the Oil and Gas sectors in Umm Al Naar.
Laboratory capabilities and services
Abu Dhabi Metallurgy has also established itself as the regional center of excellence for fracture mechanics (CTOD), sour service corrosion testing (SSCC, HIC Testing, G28, and full ring testing up to 48” OD), failure analysis (including SEM/EDS) and site-based NDT services including Positive Material Testing (PMI), replication metallography and hardness testing.
All the lab testing including routine mechanical testing, fracture toughness testing, metallurgical chemical analysis, corrosion testing, and metallography are accredited to ISO 17025 by A2LA.
Our accreditations
The facility is accredited to ISO/IEC 17025 by A2LA, GAC, and ENAS along with multiple client approvals from all major NOCs and IOCs including Saudi Aramco, ADNOC, QP, PDO, KOC as well as offered services for projects for ExxonMobil, Shell, Total, BP, eni, Petrobras amongst many others including operators.
